The Save is in front of a Goblin Corpse with some of the loot from the tutorial (The Heavy stuff is in the corpse)

You can adjust character Name, Class, Birth at the sewer gate

Manually through the character creation screen.

You can either do this before you leave the tutorial sewers or you can use the console command showracemenu You can access the menu by pressing ~\` on your keyboard

using console commands without the achievement enabler will disable your achievements
