"Oblivion Remaster Refined (ORR)

I made this for me, I'm simply sharing it with you and I hope you enjoy it. My goal is immersion and variety, not necessarily beauty. This means I intentionally make some NPCs look worse. My edits take into consideration the NPC's personality, mood, dialogue, social status, clothing, environment and backstory. I try to amplify what is already there by reducing the size of their giant head and stupid or repetitive hairstyle. Most of the time this means simple refinement, but sometimes they look so much like another NPC I do a complete overhaul instead.”

I have retired the previous mod ORR Series - Imperial City Merchants and Innkeepers.

This mod contains those NPC edits and you do not need both mods!

This mod does not cover Orcs, Khajiit or Argonians as I have or intend separate mods for them.

This mod also does not cover Guilds, Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine, or Den of Thieves DLC (now contained in the linked mod).

This mod covers 115 unaffiliated NPCs who are Merchants, Trainers and or Innkeepers.

This is "the rest of them" that will plug in around major faction mods to refine Oblivion.

I did it this way because there are already several good Guild NPC replacers out there.

This mod will slot in with minimal conflict while I slowly work on my counterparts.

Requires NPC Appearance Manager and all of it's requirements to replace NPCs in game.

This mod does not require any texture or mesh mods.

It is compatible with all of them but looks will vary greatly using them.

These faces were built without head mesh mods, which may make them look strange.
