Oblivion Remastered Ultimate FPS Fix

Further Updates - Cancled, i have finished the game and everything else there is to do in it, i would love to be able to keep the game downloaded and also continue making more versions of this as well as expanding upon my existing configs but sadly i dont have the space or extra time to do so, i tried while playing the game and i hope that brought some people the ability to play the game, but sadly i need to delete the game so i can continue my own game's development as well as my other projects as i am very limited on space as of current.

This is the ultimate fps fix and performance optimization engine.ini file I've come across, and that's because i put it together after going through areas and playing 40 something hours into the game on an i9 12900k and a basic 1660, with 16gbs of ram, from stuttering to multithreading (could've been on already, idk) and much more.

Gamepass -  Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\WinGDK

Steam - Documents\my games\oblivion remastered\saved\config\windows - or something similar, i don't use steam

if you already use or want higher FSR3 settings, change the values, if you don't want FSR3, simply remove those lines before starting the game

if you already use or want higher DLSS settings, change the values, if you don't want DLSS, simple remove those lines before starting the game

I don't know anything about DLSS, however i was able to provide a Possibly sufficient DLSS alternative version for people who use that instead, i wont provide XESS because this FSR3 setup should work fine, and i don't know the XESS settings, this is just a performance file upload of my person fixes i found or already used in my game development in ue5

fixes I've noticed personally include:

No more stuttering

Somewhat faster load times

Less of a massive hitch when loading between places

more fps gain without visual loss

i don't think it should crash anymore since i set the streaming pool size to 0, meaning its essentially infinite

there's some other stuff, but mainly it fixes a lot for me, so i wanted to share it with others incase it can do some good
