10x Times the charge in Staves for Oblivion Remaster Rebalance. Install after or instead of Oblivion Remaster Rebalance.
It was easier to adjust enchantment charge in the Oblivion Remaster Rebalance.esp file, so you can just replace it. This way no load order bloat. If you want enchanted weapons or different charges (5x. 3x. etc.) - let me know, although no guarantees, I mostly made this one for myself and wanted to share.
Install with Vortex.
