📋 About This Mod
The final major update is out. Using the Oblivion Wiki page, I went through every list and area's named NPC and tweaked mostly everyone, except those I felt were acceptable.
You'll need animandan's amazing modding tool NPC Appearance Manager and its requirements UE4SS, please go to their pages to get the install instructions. Without their tools, this wouldn't be possible. So please support them.
Please carefully install the mod requirements, any CTD involving an appearance overhaul mod is almost directly a result of improperly installing UE4SS or NPC Appearance Mod Manager - please note that once you download and activate these mods with Vortex there ARE extra steps to make sure they play nice with mods like NBO. I added more information in the sticky on the comments page.
