Decided to make this out of boredom, decided to share! Horns come with the hair and I thought it looked cool.
Must also have RaceMenu Utilities and Character Creator Unrestricted to work.
Installation
Unzip this file and copy the .json file into \OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\RaceMenuUtilities\Presets
Once in game and in the race menu, open the console and type: rmu load "Nosgoth"
