No Scabbards, No Sheaths

Removes all scabbards and sheaths. Useful for taking screenshots of placed swords, because all dropped blades are in their scabbards by default.

I originally made this to help the UESP wiki folks take screenshots for all the swords but figured it might be useful for authors taking pictures of their own mods as well.

It could also be used for normal gameplay if you just want to see your fancy blades.
