No Enchantment Cost

After seeing numerous mods attempt (and fail) to make armor enchantment cost zero, I decided to throw my hat into the ring.

It turns out THERE IS A WAY.  But it comes at a HEFTY COST: When setting the enchanting cost to zero, merchants no longer pay for enchantment improvements on armor!

Meaning, if you enchant a ring to add 50 magicka, it will cost you no gold to do so.  However, when selling that enchanted ring, you will be paid the same as a non-enchanted ring.  Even worse, this side-effect applies to ALL enchanted items, including pre-created ones.

How to use this mod

The most effective way to use this mod is to enable the mod before you enchant and disable it after.  (If you never plan to sell enchanted gear, you can just leave it enabled.)

I've looked at doing this within a script (doing this automatically) and it's not possible, unfortunately.

Why

I made this mod to point the way for other modders.  Also, I made it as a temporary solution for those who want the zero-cost enchanting (including myself).

Note For Modders:

Ultimately, it's this barter factor that is causing the armor to cost gold when enchanting.  Setting it to zero has this side effect mentioned above.

I've attempted to alter the barter factor in a script, however, this isn't possible.  I've considered other possibilities, but I'll leave those to people who care more.  For me, I'll just enable/disable this mod when enchanting.
