The Unofficial Oblivion Remastered Patch superfluously restores the awkward and jarring extended dialogue preceding the emperor's death. It changes the shorter dialogue greeting (always triggered in vanilla) to only trigger if you are in combat. (see image). However, you are almost always guaranteed to be out of combat, and this obviously cut content will be said in place of the iconic emperor's last lines.

This mod restores the original dialogue record and ensures the extended greeting will never trigger.
