Mother Nature - Spriggan

Inspired by the Thiccer Than a Snicker - Flame Atronach Mod, I sent myself out on a quest to learn how to edit Creature Models. It was a pain to get through it, but now it's working with no issues whatsoever, so I decided to make it public. This contains a thicker version of the Spriggan Model.

How to add the Mod to your game

I don't use Vortex for Oblivion Remastered at the moment since we're still spearheading the modding capabilities of Oblivion Remastered.

For this, I will provide a brief tutorial here on how to manually add the .pak files to your game.

Note that there are multiple ways on how to approach this, this is merely how I do it

I take no responsibility for your game breaking if you try any other method.

• []Go to Oblivion Remastered's game directory folder, for that you can right-click Oblivion Remastered and open the game directory from there, or navigate towards something along the lines of: "...\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered"

  []From there, go to "...\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks". This is where Oblivion reads its .pak files.

  []Create a new folder called "~mods" without the quotation marks.

  []Draw all three files namely "MotherSpriggan_p.pak", "MotherSpriggan_p.ucas" & "MotherSpriggan_p.utoc" to the newly created ~mods folder.

• That's it. Start Oblivion Remastered and get crushed by Mother Spriggan's summoned bear.
  Note: If you like to immediately see if the mod works, open up the command console ("#" is for me) and type "player.placeatme 0001E64B 1". This will spawn a Spriggan to your location. Make sure you saved your game prior though, don't want to be caught by surprise and killed since she will be hostile. (Alternatively write "tdetect" first, but always save your game before experimenting with anything via the console).

  What the downloads entail

  There are currently 2 versions with the same model, though one of the two has a texture that turns the chest a bit more revealing by making it appear as if the lush greenery is a protective chestpiece with a window. To make things easier for you, both files are named the same, so READ THE DOWNLOAD DESCRIPTION or you'll end up confusing yourself.
