Mini Mining Mod

Update: Renamed mod to deconflict it with Xarang's great mining mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/4159). This mod is a lot simpler, but it doesn't use MapSyncInjector, it should basically be compatible with everything, and it should have zero impact on game stability and performance.

This mod combines several components to add immersive mining elements and incentives to the game, on top of your existing mine-delving experience.

1. Makes it a requirement that you have a pickaxe in your inventory to access any iron, silver, gold, amber, or madness ore node.

2. Causes all mining nodes to respawn on instance reset. By default this is 3 days in-game, however you can modify this through game variables.

3. Rebalances ore prices to incentivize collection and transmutation. Silver, gold, amber, and madness ore are significantly more valuable and worth gathering.

4. Allows you to "use" the transmute mineral scroll in Sundercliff Watch to instead permanently learn the spell "Transmute Mineral" - a journeyman-level Alteration spell which will turn iron nuggets into silver nuggets and silver nuggets into gold nuggets.
