Merchants Sell Cosmic's Capes

This adds Cosmic's Capes to various clothes and armor merchants, so you can obtain them naturally, and merchants will have more when they restock. I also added a black cape directly to Shady Sam, so he will wear it, and he sells one black cape as well (which restocks as well). NOTE! This mod REQUIRES BOTH Cosmic's Black Cape and Cosmic's Capes to be installed. You WILL CRASH on startup if both are not installed.

Conflicts: This mod edits several merchants chests, and thus will conflict with any mod that edits those same chests. In that case, it will be required to use xEdit to create a merged patch.
