📋 About This Mod
An invincible enemy has traveled back in time to end Martin Septim's life. It will hunt the Hero of Kvatch to the very ends of the world...
On the cusp of defeat, Mehrunes Dagon has reached his iron claws backwards in time during the final hours of the Oblivion Crisis.
He has sent back an invincible enemy to end Martin Septim's life: a Terminator.
There is nowhere to truly hide from this machine-man.
It will hunt you to the ends of the world for a chance to end the Septims' reign forever.
You are the final bulwark against the Terrors of Oblivion. The Siege of Kvatch was a success. The Terminator had arrived. The Emperor was dead. The would-be protector of the heir exited the sewers of the Imperial Prison, and the Terminator began its relentless pursuit. To kill the Hero of Kvatch is to kill any chance of lighting the Dragonfires...
You will be against the strongest foe Dagon can muster. A Level 70 pursuer will chase you down from the very beginning of your quest. It begins the hunt at the Kvatch Oblivion Gate, and will walk to the player no matter where they are. Clad in the armor of the ancient Dwemer, this nemesis from the depths of time will not stop until you draw your final breath. Run while you can! The automaton is without remorse! How ironic it is, though, that the devil can't follow you inside portals to its Master's realm... A risk of its entrapment within Oblivion is too great. (It's a feature, now, not a bug, that he goes into Gates!)
It can't die until Martin Septim's destiny is fulfilled. Finish the Main Quest, close shut the jaws of Oblivion side-by-side with the newly crowned Emperor, and your foe will finally become vulnerable. If you manage to stay alive and slay it, you will be rewarded greatly...
Keep in mind:
- This is still Oblivion; You can cheese anything in this game
- Not really for general playthroughs; more for challenge runs
- Martin's mortality is optional based on if you use one or both plugins, but is highly recommended to use both
- The mod requires TesSyncMapInjector, which may not work for everyone... Once you exit the sewers, I recommend making a save and waiting for 24-48 hours to get the pursuer to show up, and seeing if your game crashes. If you experience no issues, you're good to load that save and play!
- No matter what you do, people will die
Installation is simple:
- Install the required mods, UE4SS for Oblivion Remastered & UE4SS TesSyncMapInjector
- Download this mod :)
- Drop "TerminatorPursuer.esp", "MartinNonEssential.esp", and "Syncmap" folder into your "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" folder
- Update plugins.txt (found within the same folder) with the new .esps' names
And quite importa
