Lived In - Arcane University

The Arcane University of the Imperial City is a place I frequent often when playing Oblivion because I tend to favour playing mages. I always felt it was a bit lacklustre and unimpressive for this supposed beacon of magical study in the Imperial Empire. I felt like it lacked some of that grandeur that the Empire has within the main city walls as well feeling like it was missing some of that sense of magic.

Rundown:

- Added some grandeur to the exterior space of the Arcane University including the addition of columns featured in many other parts of the Imperial City and a second spire topping the Orrery.

- New connection from the pathway that leads underneath the bridge that goes towards the Dock. This is a small tower with a magic teleporter so that you don't have to scale a cliff to get up to that space.

- Another small circle of columns towards the Dock that has a teleporter, which will become a connection point between this mods additions and the additions in Lived In - Imperial Dock.

- Added many plants to the grounds within the gates of the Arcane University, with an additional increase in plants for the main garden. Included in this are a small selection of plants from Mania and Dementia for those who don't necessarily always want to be popping over to the Shivering Isles or who have not yet been.

- Inclusion of some creature NPCs (idk, passive creatures haha) Added 6 "Arcane Wisps" which are passive will-o-wisps that float around the grounds giving some passive light. Also added a resident Storm Atronach - Pebbles! Pebbles is also passive, and will stick to the main garden area as in my head canon they summon small storm clouds to water the plants :D

- Small additions in several interior cells including the first two floors of the Arch-Mages Tower, the Chironasium, Lustratorium, Mystic Archives, and Praxographical Center.

Future Plans:

- I am slowly getting used to UE4SS TesSyncMapInjector to implement new NPCs, however as with all my mods I do intend to add new NPCs here as well!

- I want to turn the second spire that I added into a "Teleportation Tower" that will have teleporters to all Mages Guild headquarters in each city - similar to Frostcrag Spire, but I would prefer to make it so that you can also travel from the city guild headquarters TO the Arcane University as well.

Installation:

- Make sure to install MagicLoader 2 correctly and carefully, paying mind to follow advice for users who are installing this with mod managers etc.

- Make sure to install UE4SS for OblivionRemastered correctly and carefully, paying mind to follow advice for users who are installing with a mod manager etc.

- Install UE4SS TesSyncMapInjector following the instructions on the mod page.

- Install this mod, which contains the MagicLoader folder with "LI_ArcaneUniversity
