Less Player Carry Weight

This mod doesn't work on its own, and I won't be fixing it because someone else has created a working mod like this: Increased Encumbrance Scaling

If you want you can still download the .esp files from here to replace the .esp file found with the above mod to lower your carry weight.

THIS MOD IS ONLY A VISUAL CHANGE

It has been brought to my attention that this doesn't actually work - it only changes you displayed maximum carry weight. You can still go over it and will only get encumbered at the vanilla carry weight. I myself will still be using this as a guideline - I will just not allow myself to be over that carry weight.

The base multiplicator for carry weight based on strength is 5. I have provided multiple .esp-files to lower this down to:

• []2. 5 (50%)

  []3. 0 (60%)

  []3. 5 (70%) (recommended)

  []4. 0 (80%)

• 4. 5 (90%)

To install one of them simply drag it into your \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder and add the name of the esp to the end of your plugins.txt file. Make sure to include the file extension! If you decide to install the file "LessPlayerWeight_3. 5" then you need to add "LessPlayerWeight_3. 5.esp" to your plugins.txt file.

While I initially wanted to also provide an .ini-file to use with UE4SS, I couldn't get it to work. For those that want to tinker with it, or tell me what I did wrong, here is what I used (and didn't get to work):

DefaultStrengthEncumbranceMult=3. 5
