This mod restores variety by introducing five possible weather conditions when entering the Kvatch region and doing the Kvatch main story quests. You will come across:

Simple .esp plugin mod. I figure a lot of us will be replaying the opening of the game as we test mods, so posted this quickly to improve that one little section of the game while I work on larger mods.
I just use Vortex personally, but if you live life on hard mode:
In Oblivion Remastered, .esp plugin files for mods should be placed in OblivionRemastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
After placing the .esp files, you'll need to edit the plugins.txt file in the same directory to add the full name of each .esp file to the list
Delete plugin. Everything should be fine.
