Since I can not respond to comments on that mod page for simply providing an alternative ini tweak, allow me to address this comment here:

This highlighted part makes no sense. More compatible how? Unless some other mod would result in overriding this change, unlikely to happen.. It's already at 0, makes no sense to make a mod that sets a value already set to 0 to 0.
