Ineffective Metal Armour

Works with all races, female only. Two versions, cuirasses + greaves, or cuirasses only.

Changes the meshes to be revealing, and disables masking the body model beneath. Will work with any body replacers as long as the proportions still fit. Has clipping on the greaves.

I mostly made this to demonstrate un-hiding the body model on armour/clothing.

Vague guide for doing the same with your own models:

- Locate the BP_BDP_xyz.uasset that matches your SK_clothingname_xyz.uasset. For example, /OblivionRemastered/Content/Forms/items/armor/SteelCuirass.uasset points to /OblivionRemastered/Content/Forms/items/armor/BP_BDP_Steel_Cuirass.uasset.

- Unpack that file in a way that gets a proper cooked .uasset and .uexp pair that you can edit with UAssetGUI (such as using retoc to-legacy).

- Open the cooked BP_BDP_ uasset with UAssetGUI. UAssetGUI gives me a warning at this point, and I choose to ignore it. Accept responsibility if you do the same.

- If it has the "MaleBodySectionHidden"/"FemaleBodySectionHidden" export data properties already, then just change the value to 0 and save. All done, just repackage it along with any other files you want to include.

- If the asset doesn't have those properties, then Save As > select .json from the filetype drop down. Navigate to the area with "Name" : "MaleMesh" and "Name" : "FemaleMesh" property entries, and add the following right after the FemaleMesh entry:

- Import the modified .json into UAssetGUI, save as .uasset. Repackage it (eg. retoc to-zen) with any other files you want to include.

- It just works.
