Immersive Wrist Irons

As stated above, the Wrist Irons are actually a very special item in Oblivion, as they are literally the ONLY non-armor hands slot item in the game, which means they are also the ONLY item a mage character can wear (and enchant) in the hands/gauntlets slot without incurring a casting penalty.

This mod also slightly improves balance and immersion by giving the previously weightless item a weight of 2 (compare to the sandals you start with, which also weigh 2), and a value of 1 instead of 0. This is also consistent with your ratty prison garb. Also, why would something so seemingly common be so rare?

If you're like me and tossed these things without a second thought, only to realize later that there are no gloves in this game, then this is the mod for you!

Install it mid-game. Uninstall it mid-game. It just works.

INSTALLATION

1) Manually download

2) Place ByJovWristIrons.esp in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

3. Edit Plugins.txt to add ByJovWristIrons.esp to the end
