HOW TO MASOCHISM GAMING Health Fatigue and Magicka regen tweaks

SO! I am a pretty masochistic gamer. I wanted NO HEALTH REGEN(except a little when sleeping), NO MANA REGEN, SLOWED(but scaling) FATIGUE REGEN.

AND I FOUND IT!

Altar.ini is not sufficient for all purposes sadly.

I got all the Altar.ini information from https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/421 for me details visit his mod.

To completely remove Magicka regen you need to do TWO THINGS. FIRST use the in-game console (`) and enter in 'player.av stuntedmagicka 1

SECOND you are gonna wanna download https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/145 to force enable achievements since using console disables them.

To completely remove Heath regen(except for a little when sleeping) you need to install https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/4016 (THANK YOU @MrTravGuy for posting this mod further down in the forum.)
