As of 1. 4 spells are given dynamically when the player acquires the corresponding player home.
The mod Covers all base game and DLC homes
Fast-travel markers to the corresponding houses will also appear automatically on the map as you purchase them.
Install with mod manager
Manual installation:
Drop HomeRecall.esp in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Open Plugins.txt in that same folder and add HomeRecall.esp at the end of the list.
