Hemomancy - Blood Magic

Hemomancy is not a School of magic, rather an alternative way to wield magic. Cast powerful variants of widely taught spells at the price of ones own vitality instead of magicka.

-30+ Spell Variants & 7 Unique Spells

(5 of those Unique Spells are acquired when reading Hemomancy Tombs "The Forbidden Teachings")

-There is now a Forbidden Library in the Mystic Archives of the Arcane University with all 5 Volumes of the Hemomancy Tombs.

(only accessible to the Arch-Mage)

-Hemomancy Tombs are rare but you can find them in dungeons and old ruins. 

(More likely where Necromancers hang out)

-New Isolated Cave located North-West of Anvil along the coast

-Only 2 people can teach Hemomancy spells in Cyrodiil 

The Adept: Located in the Isolated Cave (Basic Spells)

Arkana: Located at the Temple of the Ancestor Moth (Advanced & 2 Unique Spells)

Hemomancy has 5 levels with perks

(you earn around 5-8xp per basic blood spell casts and around 10-12xp for advanced spell casts)

Novice 1xp - Starting stage (no perks, standard blood cost)

Apprentice 100xp - 15% reduction to blood cost

Journeyman 250xp- 25% reduction to blood cost and fortifies magicka by 60

Expert 500xp- 50% reduction to blood cost, 15% resistance to magic and fortifies magicka by 90

Master 1000xp- 75% reduction to blood cost, 30% resistance to magic, fortifies Endurance by 13, Strength by 9 and magicka by 200 (you also suffer a 10% weakness to normal weapons)

Reading the 5th volume of The Forbidden Teachings will grant you a powerful hidden power and unique spell as well as a huge magicka boost.

(only 2 copies exist, one is locked away at the Arcane University and the other is a mystery :)

I've made this mod to be a seamless addition to the magic system and lore, kept things simple without the need for OBSE or UE4SS
