  Installation

  

  • []Follow NPC Appearance Manager instructions for enabling NBO support. See the mod description page under -NBO SUPPORT UPDATE-, you only need to do steps 1 and 2 (make sure setcache is set to false in NPCAppearanceManager/scripts/config.lua)

    []Unzip the mod and drag and drop "Content" and "Binaries" to your OblivionRemastered folder, if you are on Steam the paths should look like the following:

  • []RAO Compatible with NBO, I use version RAO. 0. 8B (find it under "Older files"), I feel like this version had the least clipping for Golden Saints. But you could use any other NBO compatible Golden Saint armor mod

    Troubleshooting

    If each time you zone into a new area (or a new NPC comes near), you experience a weird flashing of your taskbar and a terminal window briefly opening and closing, I believe this is an issue with the latest version of NPC Appearance Manager (1. 0. 4). There are two work-arounds I know of (both of them reduce the problem but neither seem to make it go away completely):

    • []Use an older version of NPC Appearance Manager (version 1. 0. 3a)

      []Turn the UE4SS Console Debug window on.  Go to `.\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\UE4SS\UE4SS-settings.ini` and set `ConsoleEnabled` to `1`  Adds more overhead and might cause an FPS drop.

    Notes

    []Seems to be working ok for me at least on game version 1. 2, even though that update seemed to break other mods with mesh edits.

    []I am using a Reshade preset that really saturates the image. See the example image with "Reshade Off" for an idea of what it might look like otherwise.
