Gold Coast Remastered

The mod exclusively modifies the grass in the Gold Coast region, leaving the grass in all other regions unchanged. It works by adjusting the grass placement, density, and scale specifically in the Gold Coast. It introduces custom materials with altered names and texture references, along with adjusted textures.

Textures can appear differently due to variations in monitor settings (e.g., color temperature, color balance, preset modes). These settings cause dry grass textures, in particular, to vary significantly in appearance. Depending on monitor settings, even the default Gold Coast grass may appear as wilted grass with a strong green tint or as brown, dry grass. To account for these differences in appearance and to cater to varied interpretations of the Gold Coast, multiple texture options are included.

Note:

Unfortunately, brighter textures tend to make the grass rendering boundaries more noticeable in distant views.

 If this bothers you, consider adjusting the draw distance in your Engine.ini file.

Installation: 

Extract the three files.

Place them in: Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks

Compatible with Long Grass 4. 0

Modified Areas do not overlap, so there are no conflicts. Using them together is recommended.

Compatible with Dry Grass on Snow Mountain 2. 0
