Makes Eyja the housemaid sleep in a player owned bed up in the upper bedroom in Rosethorn Hall.
Eyja didn't like it much in that damp and cold basement of yours. Now it's you who will sleep down there!

She will also no longer go into the basement to eat, there's a perfectly fine dining hall on the main floor after all. (to get her to actually eat you'll need to add some food items into her inventory via additem console command as she doesn't pick up any food items herself around the house)
