Expert Marksman Paralysis Crash Fix

This patch may be unstable. If you are not fine with this, you may use another fix that just disables paralysis effect for expert/master marksman:

How to disable paralysis effect

1. Navigate to

%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows

2. Add this to Altar.ini (it is empty initially):

PerkMarksmanExpertParalyzeChance=0. 000000

PerkMarksmanMasterParalyzeChance=0. 000000

This disables paralysis effect for expert and master marksman.

Alternative fix that does not disable the paralysis effect, but may have side-effects:

Build v0. 411. 140. 0

Won't work with further builds, but I hope this crash would be officially fixed by then anyway.

You must have OBSE64 installed

Installation

1. Extract into your oblivion remastered installation folder (the MarksmanshipParalysisFix.dll file must be in {Your installed Oblivion Remastered folder}\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OBSE\Plugins)

2. Launch from obse64_loader.exe in Win64 folder

As this was done by patching the binary via trial and error, this patch could be unstable and may lead to unintended consequences, or may even not work at all for your binary. Use at your own risk, and let me know if it actually fixes the issue for you.
