Another horse mod. Since I don't like how other mods address the issue of speed by equating all horses to the same speed, I decided to make one that maintains the variety and differences between horses, only doubling their speed and preventing them from reporting crimes.
This way, they have different speeds and qualities, giving more reasons to choose one or the other.
In addition to this, since the steeds have very little health, I tripled their stats, keeping the same variety in health and resistance.
