These are the DNA files used in facial animations. To get facial animations working with custom head meshes, install the metahuman plugin and riglogic plugin and import them onto your skeletal mesh.
If you want to preserve morphs, use the import and export settings shown in images. Make sure though to set SMOOTHING to FACES in your export.
