Dibella's Gift - Beautified Imperial City

OVERVIEW

Upon rediscovering the Imperial City I was a bit amused but not at all surprised that, 18 years and a new engine later, Bethesda still maintains their chokehold on uncanny valley Oblivion NPCS. Thank god for modding. I wanted to remake some of my favorite NPCs in the Imperial City, helping to breathe new life into NPCS into arguably the liveliest in-game city.

↠ ALL overhauled women use vanilla hair, with the slight exception of an edit to one hair; this is optional. With some of the characters, I preserved bits from their vanilla selves, whereas with others, I took creative liberties and offer mostly more youthful re-imaginings. For NPCs like Carwen though, prettying her up makes sense, she wants to be an Oblivion version of a movie star; and aging down Adanrel, in my opinion, makes more sense than an old woman living with two young women, Methredhel and Carwen, in a 1-bedroom together. And pretty characters fun

↠ ALL of the edited NPCs will be in the screenshots tab above; if you like the look of only some, you can always go into the folder and delete their 'bp_name_c' files, keeping the names of those you like.

- This is also a work-in-progress mod. I'd like to overhaul more of the Imperial City. As of now I just overhauled eight women, but I will also edit the men and others at a later point.

REQUIREMENTS

↠ For the hard requirements, you will need the same as any Remastered NPC mod does:

- ue4ss, experimental latest, on GitHub (off-site requirement) - For this guy

you'll just need to google it, you'll find it on github. Download the

zip file at the bottom of the latest release, and unpack into folder

with either Win64 or WinGDK.

- NPC Appearance Manager, and its requirements from the mod Racemenu Utilities and above

mentioned u4ess. Follow the instructions on the NPC Appearance Manager

page if you are confused on installation of its requirements. My mod is

fully dependent on these two above; it will not function without it.

Hair mod: Improved Court Elf Hair
