A simple plugin that changes the NPC health mult value to 0.0670 to lessen the sponginess I've encountered at lvl 20+
Drops the fNPCAttributeHealthMult from 0. 5000 to 0. 0670. to be used when enemies get too tanky but you don't want to replace their weapons with inflatable baseball bats. Doesn't affect damage dealt by npcs
