Conjuration Summons Damage Fixed

NOTICE: This mod currently has a few issues that need to be resolved. I have a replacement mod for this one that depends on TesSyncMapInjector which you can find here if you don't mind that dependency.

About this mod

This mod includes several files for different damage scales from 20%-80% so that players can adjust the damage of conjuration summons. In Vanilla, conjuration summons are not affected by the target difficulty so a conjuration summon deals the same amount of damage on Master as Adept.

This mod does not affect the health of conjuration summons. It isn't clear whether conjuration summons are dealt more damage on higher difficulties or not. In testing, many conjurations are already relatively weaker by health so I chose to leave the health as is out of concern that conjuration would become not viable at higher difficulties.

This mod does affect the conjuration summons of all NPCs and enemies. There's currently no way that I can see to affect the player's conjurations but not other conjurations since all summons are using the same creature data. This DOES NOT affect non-conjurations since non-conjured creatures and conjured creatures use distinct creature data.
