Cleaner Kvatch Cuirass

So, I get it. The Kvatch guards are having one heck of a bad day.  However, this was one of the most prosperous cities in Cyrodiil before the attack. Dirty? smoke and sweat stained? Yes. Absolutely, but it shouldn't look like it was slapped together 2 minutes before a con by a newbie cosplayer with a sharpie and a glue gun.

Here's a version where the folks making the tabard knew how to properly hem a patch and used dye that doesn't run the first time it rains.

Choose a grey or an old school white patch, in clean or vanilla grubby.

Added a matching shield texture in the optional files, includes a clean version and one that retains a lot of the vanilla scratches
