Lightweight Engine.ini tweaks for Oblivion Remastered. Removes the most distracting blur/post-process effects and adds conservative performance-friendly settings.

Install

• []Close the game.[/]

  []Right-click

  Install-CleanImage.ps1[/]

  []Choose

  Run with PowerShell[/]

  []The script finds the likely config folder, backs up

  Engine.ini and appends the tweak block.[/]

Manual

• []Close the game.[/]

  Engine.ini usually here:

  %LOCALAPPDATA%\OblivionRemastered\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini[/]

  []Paste the contents of

  Manual Install\Engine.ini.additions.txtat the bottom.[/]

  []Save and launch the game.[/]

If your install uses a different folder, check:

Uninstall-CleanImage.ps1or manually remove the block between:

Compatibility

This only appends Engine.ini settings, so it should be compatible with most mods.

If another mod edits the same settings, compare values. The last duplicate value in the file usually wins.
