blue saddle cloth for horses

i got a horse! it inspired me to do a quick rextexture to make the saddle cloth blue. also de-saturated the color of leather a bit.

please note it is not limited to the player owned horse and affects every domesticated horse everywhere ever (except for shadowmere)

for installation, extract the files to the mod folder in Steam\steamapps\common\OblivionRemastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\mods
