Overhauls Blackwood Company members' armor and clothing to better represent the company and their classes

Works fine on an existing save. See screenshots for before/after references

PLEASE NOTE: This works best on a new game or a current game where you haven't encountered any Black Company members. Multiple members in the vanilla game have their gear assigned by randomized leveled lists. Due to the way the game handles these, it is impossible to remove these items once the game spawns them in (without scripts at least). The NPCs with leveled list armor/clothing will have "Random" in the caption of their before screenshot on the images tab. Do not report this as a bug please, it's a quirk of how the game loads LLs

Workaround for existing saves: If you haven't started the Black Company questline, you can use the 'resurrect' console command on the members that have randomized gear. I do not recommend doing this if you've started the questline. Either way, I'm not responsible for borking the questline/your save if you use console commands

• []Download and unpack main file

  []Go to your game install directory (if using Steam it's "Steam\SteamApps\common")

  []Copy "BlackwoodCompany_Refitted_mr.esp" from the main file you unpacked to the "\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" folder

  []Open the plugins.txt file in the "\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\" folder and add "BlackwoodCompany_Refitted_mr.esp" to the bottom

  Balanced NPC Level Cap Patch available in the Optional Files section

  If using the patch your load order in "plugins.txt" should look like this:

  • []Balanced NPC Level Cap.esp

    []BlackwoodCompany_Refitted_mr.esp

  • BCR_BalancedNPCLevelCap_Patch_mr.esp

    Compatible with anything else that doesn't modify the NPCs in the screenshots. Load below anything that does.
