⚡ WHAT IS THIS?

Vanilla horses in Oblivion Remastered turn slow, accelerate slow, and slide to a stop like they're on ice. Better Horse Control rewrites the ridden horse's movement component live, every horse, every time you mount, with no permanent edits to game files.

It hooks directly into the horse's VHorseMovementComponent and scales walk speed, gallop speed, turn rate, acceleration, ground grip, and braking deceleration in real time. Everything is exposed as CosmicMCM sliders, so you can dial in exactly how your horse feels instead of being stuck with one fixed multiplier.
