📋 About This Mod
Boosts beneficial player made constant effect enchantments to be more in line with Sigil Stones or looted items
Player made enchantments kind of suck. At higher levels, any random ring or sigil stone makes them pointless. 10% shield when a random mid-level robe has 17%? Or 9% fire shield when you can find stronger items with multiple effects? This will hopefully help bridge that gap, making constant effect enchantments more in line with items you can find or sigil stones. Some will be stronger, some weaker. Check images for exact strength with grand soul gems.
This also has the side effect of making some spells available for enchanting that weren't before.

A: Could be. It's up to you to stop yourself from stacking reflect enchantments, just like in the base game.
