Better Circlet of Omnipotence

Changed the stats of Circlet of Omnipotence to +5 Agility/Endurance/Speed/Strength/Willpower, +5% Shield, +5% Magic Resist and most importantly, -5 Drain Magicka. Now you can replace the plain -5 Drain Magicka ring with this loot, which is finally "omnipotent" without being too overpowered.

Added an Easter egg ring in the same chest. This is a new addition to the game file, which uses UE4SS TesSyncMapInjector. I haven't figured out how to add thumbnail picture for it yet but I will keep trying.

To install:

(1) Install UE4SS for OblivionRemastered and UE4SS TesSyncMapInjector if you haven't.

(2) Simply merge this folder to the main folder of "Oblivion Remastered" (or you can go deep in the folder and copy everything under "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" to your own data folder).

(3) Then open "Plugins.txt" and append "BetterCircOfOmni.esp" to anywhere after the main "Oblivion.esm" entry.

This mod won't conflict with other mods, as long as they are not changing Circlet of Omnipotence like this one.
