Did you like the model of the Rose of Sithis and want to use them more than just once? Me too!
I liked the model of the Rose of Sithis but you only get to use the one, so I changed that. These arrows are identical to elven in stats. The "ignore armor" flag was removed. I added them to the vendor inventory of Rowley Eardwulf so you'll have to visit Deepscorn Hollow before they are available. You probably should anyway if you are going through the Dark Brotherhood questline since the version of Shrouded Armor he eventually sells is superior.
