Arcane University and Mage Guild Teleporters

V 1. 1 Fixed the Bruma portal, leads to the correct version now.

This mod adds 10 teleporters to the Arcane University:

One for each of the 8 city's Mages Guild (including a defunct one for Kvatch).

One to Frostcrag Spire's teleporters.

One to the Mystic Emporium in the Market District.

I put them outside of the Arch-Mage's lobby to prevent potential quest trigger issues, and to avoid adding a new cell to the game which some (including myself) have struggled with getting to work.

All the teleporters can only be used once you are a full member of the mages guild. They require a mages guild key to open, and going through the portals before getting all of the recommendations is considered trespassing. Unfettered access is only granted once becoming an apprentice.

The portal to Frostcrag Spire requires the Frostcrag Spire key.

The Mystic Emporium portal operates during their normal business hours for mages guild access only. Sometimes Aurelinwae locks it, sometimes not. NPC AI packages in this game are fickle like that. Regardless of locked status, after hours it will be considered trespassing and the guards will come after you if you are seen using it.
