Arcane Knowledge (Unlock All Effects)

No one knows how Calindil of the Mystic Emporium came into possession of the book. He doesn't advertise it. He doesn’t speak of it. But if you offer enough coin, he may part with it.

The book seems undeniably powerful, many mages before you took a closer look into it and left their notes but seemed to have disappeared. Power always comes with a price. Those who have opened the book speak of an urge to gain even more power and have memories of long forgotten magic they've never used before.

Are you prepared to bear the burden of total magical knowledge? Or will the Aetherion claim your mind, as it has others before you?

How to Obtain:

Visit the Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City Market District. Speak to Calindil and purchase the Arcane Knowledge Book for 5,000 gold. The book will grant you the unusable power Arcane Influence which unlocks all vanilla spell effects for spellmaking. (except reanimate and similar unobtainables!)

Installation:

[]Drop the .esp file into the following directory:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data[]Add "ArcaneKnowledge.esp" to the bottom of your plugins.txt file in the same folder. (same method with other versions, just change the txt entry to the esp's.)

[*]Uninstallation - remove file(s) and entry/entries. / remove via Vortex/Mod Manager.

Disclaimers:

The power might cause some fps-drop when hovering over it due to the mass of effects. If it gets annoying use the recommended spell delete mod to remove it when you have all spells created that you need, you can still add the power later again if you forgot something. (don't drop the book, put it inside a container and add it again for the power to re-appear!)
