All Horses Essential

Makes all horses essential (Including DLC horses), sets responsibility stat to 0 so they don't report crimes, sets the health to 1000.

Does not adjust any speed values.

To Install place EssentialHorses.esp into your plugin directory based on your version of the game:

• Game Pass:

C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

• Steam:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

Then either:

• []Open your plugins.txt file and add the line EssentialHorses.esp to the bottom

  []Or use a Mod Manager to enable it
