Waterfront Slums

I have wanted to see the Waterfront look more like it would in a poorer district, which it is suppossed to look like, but it looks a whole lot better than it\'s suppossed to be. So I put of my modding gloves and started to work on fixing that! I present to you, ICwaterfront Slums! This enchances the waterfront to make you feel like you are actually in a poorer part of the Imperial city. With this mod, you will find a secret \"murder weapon\" hidden around the waterfront; which I\'ll leave you all to find it :) Update 11/4/11 I have included a skooma/drug dealer that deals at 6:00 pm in the alley behind the houses were the beggars sleep. There is also a drug den, with that, I have added a few more drugs to the game. Moon sugar and cocaine... it was kinda strange why bethesda didn\'t put any moon sugar in the game. oh well :) I hope you all enjoy this mod as much as I enjoy making this mod, please comment and rate! There are instructions on how to install this mod in the readme that is included with the .zip file.
