📋 About This Mod
This mod adds a friendly-looking village, just West of the Imperial City (across the lake, mind you). Only vanilla Oblivion resources were used, so the file is nice and compact. The aim here was to create a cozy place, with narrow passages and lots of nature. Some random silliness hidden here and there ;-).
Two homes are available to you. One very basic but atmospheric home, at the bottom of the village, and a more luxurious one, at the high-end plaza. Some shops, market stalls, and even a little castle to top it all off. Most of the time I've spent making this mod has been a matter of making every detail just the way I want it, so I like to believe it'll leave a well-looked after impression. But that's up to you to decide, isn't it? :-P
Oh, before I forget, if you buy the deed to a home, EQUIP it, or you won't receive your key.
