Adds a simple vanilla-style wall house to the Market District. Just a nice little home with features that would not be out of place in a vanilla house for sale. Decent amount of storage and display cases, a nice assortment of books, and 2
To purchase the home, activate the "for sale" sign outside the house while sneaking AND holding a torch (you must not be in combat). You must have at least 42,690 gold in your inventory as well (obviously). You can fast travel from the within the house.
This mod only modifies the immediate area outside the house, which occupies a small spot along the Southeast wall of the Market District (behind Jensine's/Warehouse). It is compatible with anything that does not modify this particular area.
