Unleveled Game Rewards

TES IV has a pretty broken leveling system, along with the way the enviroment levels with you, if you don't plan the way your skills are leveling you will possibly end by facing enemies that are ridiculously overpowered compared with you, and for the worse, if you don't get certain items at certain level they will end being useless two or five levels after you get them, making them useful only for decoration. With this mod you will always get the most powerful version of the leveled items in the game, this way you will not have to worry about doing a quest in the order or at the time you want, Oblivion is a much tougher game compared with TES III for the way the enemies can end being hit sponges, so don't worry; you are not going to feel like you are overpowered, and if you feel like that, just wait four or five levels later

The way this mod works is pretty simple and straight to the point, I edited the leveled chards so you will only get the most powerful version of the leveled quest items, this also means that if you already have the item, my mod will not replace that item with the better version, there are already mods that can do that here on Nexus, this mod is more oriented for those who don't want those gimmicky mods and are going to start a new game
