You still need to download and install the original mod Thievery in the Imperial City - Tweaks and Fixes, and then extract this archive into the Data folder.
Should also work with the older release of Thievery in the Imperial City, but I highly recommend using the updated Tweaks and Fixes release instead.
Created using ElevenLabs, so they sound just like the NPCs from the original game.
I used BunnyPriestess's ElevenLabs Batch Generator to generate the voice files.
