The One Ring from LotR

Just as one would expect, it\'s the One Ring. The other variation of the ring found on the site didn\'t match what I read about the ring, so I made my own. Model; Weatherward Circlet Effect; 100% Chameleon, Fortify Health 100, Damage Willpower 100 The power of the ring was pretty hard to get a decent explanation of, but the most common combination was invisibility, long life, and a loss of your will. Equipping the ring will give you a good deal of health, make you 100% invisible (you can still see an outline of yourself, but enemies will not detect you), and your willpower will be damaged badly. The location of the ring was a bit tricky to do, since I had no good idea for a river to drop it in. So, for the time being (and indefinitely, most likely), you can find it in the moat in the Arena District of the Imperial City. When you enter from Green Emperor Way (or fast travel to the Arena), turn left and jump in the water. It\'s small, so keep an eye out. Placed in God Items because, obviously, 100% chameleon makes everything easier. KNOWN BUGS; ----------------------- Problem; NPCs seem to see you, but don\'t react. Solution; Store managers and various other NPCs you see when entering a cell will follow you normally, but they don\'t really see you. You can steal while they\'re looking, and won\'t know it. Talk to them and exit conversation to make them stop.
