This cave was dug out by monsters, but little did they know that this cave was dug right into ancient necro fortress called Selemnar. Mage\'s guild members performed an excavation of the fortress, which they subsequently named The Dark Fortress and realized that it was still being used! It had furniture, bedrooms, a laboratory, and more! It was pristinely and ornately crafted, and the Mage\'s Guild desperately wanted to claim it for themselves, but they first had to kill the necromancer. They succeeded in doing so, but according to the leader of the project, the evil domain was still haunted. The mission was called off... permanently. 50 years later, in the present day, the fortress has been long since forgotten... It has been left to waste away. A merchant has recently claimed this fortress and restored it. This seems like a golden opportunty to buy a new home! Screw Deepscorn Hollow when you could live in The Dark Fortress! Enough of my rambling, and on to the mod. It is overwhemingly simple to install, yet it is a deep, intriguing, ornately crafted new home! It uses vanilla Oblivion, and the mod adds a ruined temple in the center of Blackwood, just off an un-named waterway off of the Panther River. It is North-Northeast of Fort Teleman, if that helps.
