Adds a new spell to the game, enabling you to teleport to a cell with crates, chests, and drawers.
This Modification will add a spell book teaching you the \"Arcane Storage\" spell to the game. The book can be bought in the Mystic Emporium for about 2500 gold (depending on you mercantile skill). You can teleport from any place to the storage and back, but you can\'t cast it in combat or in the Arcane Storage itself.
